Loosing episodes from Up Next

Hi guys this happens to me before so I want to ask before I do anything further.I have the app on iPhone and iPad. I mostly use it on iPhone but I just realized my two podcast “Up next” lists are having different content. I realized that iPhone is not logged in anymore and iPad is.
The last time I engaged with this problem: I just signed in on iPhone and lost all my new items in a “Up next”. I have a lot of items there. I am researcher and would like to avoid this.
How to proceed?

We’ve made some changes in recent updates of Pocket Casts that will improve the behavior when logging in to an account on a device with an existing Up Next queue. As long as you’re on version 7.31 and above, the following will occur when you login on your iPhone:
Your iPad’s Up Next queue will be downloaded to your iPhone and then merged with the items in it’s up next queue. Once that merge is complete, those changes will then be synced back to Pocket Casts servers and used as your account’s Up Next queue going forward.
Items that were removed on the iPad, but not yet removed on your iPhone will be added back in, but nothing will be deleted.
