Lost Access to my $15.00/ year plan

    Hi all — I was logged out of PocketCasts a few weeks ago and now Its saying I’m not a Plus member anymore. However I still see the $1.50 subscription in Apple App Store. How do I get my Plus access back for the previous price?

    I also sent an email to support.. but since I am not premium/plus anymore sounds like I am out of luck for email support.

  • @pollie00 We’ll follow up with you via your email so we can help resolve the issues. Note that we’ll write to you from the email address you used for your account in this Forum (can be the same with your Pocket Casts account email or not).

    Please keep an eye out any emails from the support team in your inbox.

    Please feel free to let our auto-responder know that you’re a Plus member. You can do this by replying back with some screenshots of your subscription and/or Pocket Casts account email. This will reopen your support ticket in our system and allow us to reach out to you.
