Menu tray disappears

The menu tray (Podcasts | Filters | Discover | Up Next | Profile) has recently been disappearing for me on occasion. There doesn’t seem to be any particular action on my part that causes this that I can tell. The only way I’ve found to restore it is to restart the app. Please advise.

Hi there, @sjamesho! That sounds really frustrating! If possible, could you share a screenshot of how the app looks for you? And, which version of the app you’re using.
Something you can check is if you have split screen active by any chance. And, you can Force Stop the app and clear cache. Please make sure you’re updated to the latest version of the app too. Give that a try and let us know the results. Thank you! -
Thank you for following up. I do not have split screen active but I do have the lastest version of the app. I haven’t Force Stopped or clearing the cache so I will give that a try to see if the resolves this issue. I do have a screenshot and was going to upload it initially but each time I try to upload an image I get this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to create posts as this user.” Hopefully this link works: https://photos.app.goo.gl/aqUrSfCRCXGycogM9
