Metadata update in Omny not showing up consistently in Pocket Casts

Hi,
I have recently updated the overall artwork, show title and podcast description for a show called “The Business Of” through our Omny account. The metadata is displaying correctly in other podcasting apps, but in Pocket Casts the results vary between users. For example on my app, the new name & overall description is correct, but the old artwork is still being displayed, another colleague sees all of the new updated content in her app, but yet another colleague sees only the old content on his app.
I made these updates in Omny over multiple days in the last week. Any clues as to why we are getting such varied results?
