Missing episodes

Two podcasts I listen to have recently had something strange happen to their feeds.
One is https://pca.st/podcast/75a10820-1065-0137-f265-1d245fc5f9cf – it only shows 10 episodes in total for me, when it should be a lot more. The last episode is from 17 January, but there’s been three new episodes at least released after that.
The other one is https://pca.st/podcast/fc6a9cf0-6aca-0138-eda7-0acc26574db2 – there’s only 16 episodes that I can access, when the whole backlog should be there. And the latest episode is not accessible, when the second to last is. With this podcast this actually happened today. In the morning the feed looked normal and I could see the latest episode. When I opened the app later in the day to start listening to it, I couldn’t find it anymore and most of the backlog was gone as well.
Could this issue be solved somehow? Maybe the RSS feed needs to be refreshed from your end.

I noticed that if you click “Follow” on a podcast that’s affected with this, it refreshes the RSS feed and the complete up-to-date episode list is returned. I’ve tried several podcast apps and never experienced something like this. Good to know there’s something users can do themselves to fix this issue.
