Most downloads fail

I am having trouble downloading episodes. I am on a galaxy s24 with plenty of memory.
some episodes work, but most do not.
when I try to download an episode, the download starts. The percent complete increases to almost 100%, then the status changes to ‘queued for download’. Eventually, the status changes to ‘download failed.
I am able to stream the failed episodes with no problem.
please help.

Hi, @csalyers99! Can you please share the following to start?
- The OS version on your device – you can usually find this from your phone’s Settings
- Your Pocket Casts app version – you can see this from the Pocket Casts app’s Profile > Settings (gear icon) > About
In addition, can you let me know if any of the following might apply in your case?
- Do you perhaps have a firewall, VPN, or ad-blocker active on your device that could interrupt your network connection?
- Please also check your primary WiFi connection. In particular, please see if it has any sort of ad-blocking or filtering installed on it. One example would be this: https://pi-hole.net/
In addition, please also try connecting to a different network or even to mobile data. Seeing if the issue disappears on that connection will help us narrow down the cause of the issue.
