moving “Filters” button position on bottom bar

On the previous Android version of Pocket Casts, the “Filters” button on bottom bar was immediately next to (to the right of) “Podcasts” button. On the recent android version, you added “Up Next” to the bottom menu and placed this between “Podcasts” and “Filters.” So now, you need to skip over the “up next” button to get to the “filters” button. This isn’t logical or convenient, since you need to use filters for “Recent Podcasts” to see the recent episode titles before you can choose what you want to play next.
Can you either (1) allow users to move the position of these buttons so users choose the order that they like, or (2) return the order of 2 leftmost bottom buttons back to before on android so that placement of “filters” is switched with “up next”. That way, the button positions will reflect the way episode titles are selected and the app is actually used.
