MP4 support for cover and chapters

With long audiobooks in a file, I encounter the problem that when I jump back 15 seconds, it often skips forward about a minute. However, this seems to be a general problem with my Android 12, as I also have this phenomenon in AntennaPod. I was able to solve this by placing the MP3 in an MP4 container. However, the problem is that the cover is not displayed in playback mode. Instead, only a black screen appears. However, the cover is displayed in the playlist. My wish would be that the cover is also displayed during playback if no video stream is available.
In addition, the chapters are not displayed.

We currently have very limited support for reading and displaying the metadata—including artwork—from custom files. That said, we have an open feature request for this, and I’ve made sure to add your comments.

We provide explicit support for MP3 chapters, but I’d like to check if we now support MP4 chapters as well. Can you confirm that the chapters were not removed when you switched the file to MP4?
