multi track files with chapters

Multitrack files (m4a/mp3), as they can be created with foobar2000, should have chapters in Pocket Casts.

Hi! Are you uploading custom files to Pocket Casts?
If so, please note that when you upload an M4A file to Pocket Casts, the chapters are stripped.
We have an open issue for preserving chapters for M4a files. Just so you know, features are considered by the developers for every release based on the number of requests they receive for that feature.
