Multiple users reporting “Unable to find show notes for this episode”

I work for a podcast network which has some private ad-free feeds available to paid subscribers. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been getting occasional reports of show notes for some of our shows saying “Unable to find show notes for this episode”. I’ve been able to confirm the issue myself. The show notes show up fine in other podcast apps and there don’t seem to be any errors in the feed…which is confirmed by the feed suddenly starting to work later after no changes on our part. I’m certain this is an issue on the Pocket Casts side.
I e-mailed Support about this a week ago, but have heard nothing back except an automated reply. Of course, that feed is working now, but apparently there’s others which are not. It’s like Whack-A-Mole and quite frustrating.

Hi, @patrickdfromtwit! Our developers have been working on adjustments to how our system gets episode notes, so please bear with us in the meantime.
That said, if your subscribers do continue running into this issue in the coming weeks, please reach out to us through our dedicated support channel for podcast creators.

Hello, ive been having this issue for a few months now. Has any solution been found?
I’ve noticed it happens particularly with episodes auto added ro the top of my list. When i close and restart the app, the noted are there. Ive tried reinstalling the app: no dice (iOS here)
