No audio on podcast

I’m trying to listen to podcast in Pocket Casts and there’s no audio that plays even though the timeline is moving . When I play it in Spotify it works just fine. Is there any way I can get it to play?

That’s strange. I listened to the podcast you shared and I was able to hear audio: https://pca.st/h3q9ux52. Does this happen with every podcast you try to listen to?
Can you try restarting your device?

I also experience this problem. In the car, unplugging my phone and replugging sometimes resolves it. Sometimes restarting the phone resolves it. Sometimes, just rewinding the podcast to the beginning resolves it. Sometimes switching to a different podcast and back resolves it. It doesn’t seem to be systematic at all.

- The OS version on your device – you can usually find this from your phone’s Settings
- Your Pocket Casts app version – you can see this from the Pocket Casts app’s Profile > Settings (gear icon) > About
- Do you perhaps have a firewall, VPN, or ad-blocker active on your device that could interrupt your network connection?
