No more chapters for free players?

Hello! All of a sudden, my episodes don’t show chapters anymore. At first I thought it was a problem with the newest episode files, but I went back and played old episodes, and the player doesn’t display chapters there either. And when I play them in other podcatchers, I can see the chapters and chapter artwork.
Is this just because I’m not a plus customer?

Hi, @sdd57wxrps! Chapters are available to all users. You’ll only need Plus/Patron if you want to preselect chapters to play. So, let’s see why you’re no longer seeing chapters.
Is it just one podcast that’s affected? If so, can you share with us the podcast?
In addition, please share the following:
- The OS version on your device – you can usually find this from your phone’s Settings
- Your Pocket Casts app version – you can see this from the Pocket Casts app’s Profile > Settings (gear icon) > About
