not pausing for gemini

  i love this app, I’ve only got one small gripe, when gemini tells me my morning routine pocket cast doesn’t pause wheread Google assistan did.

  Is there a setting I can change or is it just just a bug?

  Thanks for the feedback! Regarding Gemini, it is possible that the behavior of Gemini differs from Google Assistant with regard to requesting audio focus (Gemini may not always request focus, and this might be the source of the issue you described). I’m not sure whether there is a setting to change this behavior in Gemini, but I believe it is possible to revert back to Assistant via the following steps:

  Under “Assistant Settings”, there is a setting called “Digital assistants from Google”. You can choose between Gemini or the regular Assistant in there.
