I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing regarding my Pocket Casts lifetime subscription and a situation I’m currently facing.
Some time ago, I purchased a lifetime subscription for my account associated with the email address
(email visible only to moderators and staff). However, due to an intense period of exam preparation, I made the decision to delete that account to maintain my focus on studies.
Now that my exams are completed, I’ve created a new account and would very much like to regain the benefits of the lifetime subscription. I understand this option may not be currently available, but I want to express that I’m more than willing to pay for it again if necessary.Pocket Casts has now again become an integral part of my daily routine, and I’ve greatly enjoyed using your service. I would love to continue using it with all the benefits of a lifetime subscription.
I should mention that I’ve already sent an email to

I’m hoping you might be able to assist me or direct me to the appropriate channel for resolving this.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
