Not seeing discounted subscription model on my account

Hello, I have previously subscribed to pocketcasts+ in the past (before the changes were made to pricing model), and I have noticed when I look at resubscribing, I see the annual fee is the newer plan offered to people who have never subscribed before (as mentioned in this post).
Is there a way to fix this on my account? I tried reaching out via email but never heard anything.

I do not see any tickets or Pocket Casts account from you (based on the email address you use on our forum).
