Not Working on Galaxy Watch 7

My app takes forever to download podcasts and when they finally DO download, they won’t play. I press the play icon and nothing happens.
I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app on my watch but the same behavior exists. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, @telecomshaun! Which version of the app are you running?
In addition, to help us narrow down the issue, can you let me know if you are able to download and play episodes just fine on your Android phone?
Can you also try switching the watch to a different network connection or mobile data (if possible), and seeing if the issues persist on that other connection?

Thanks, Cara! I have no troubles with the phone app – so I end up using it on my walks, instead of my watch.
I downloaded two episodes to my watch and left my phone at home, so in theory I should have been streaming via my watch to my earbuds via Bluetooth, but neither episode would play. I would tap the Play icon and nothing would happen.
