Notification bar does not let me skip forwards/backward on my Samsung device

We’ve had a few users report that the option to Skip Forwards and Back isn’t working on Android 13, only on Samsung devices.
When we checked this out, we noticed that OneUI 5, which is used by Samsung devices, has the wrong icons shown:
Those icons are the wrong icons, and this isn’t a Pocket Casts issue. We have reported it to Samsung but have not heard back from them.
The good news is that even if you click those icons, they serve as ‘Skip Forward’ and ‘Skip Back’ buttons :) -
