I have version 7.61.1 and still same issue. Also some issues with streaming. Pixel 8 Pro

To troubleshoot this, please follow these steps:
- Restart your device and check if the issue persists.
- Check if you have a firewall, VPN, or ad-blocker active on your device that could interrupt your network connection.
- Please also check your primary WiFi connection. In particular, please see if it has any sort of ad-blocking or filtering installed on it. One example would be this: https://pi-hole.net/

We got a similar report for this podcast from another user and they said after they turned off their Adblocker, it worked.
Ad-blocking software on your device or network can interfere with the podcast. This is because this podcast producer is using analytics servers.

But why only this podcast? I don’t have any ad blocking software that I know of (pixel 8 pro)

@niner4nine it could be that the podcast host has ads inserted, so the adblocker/firewall/VPN is blocking access to the files.
I’d make sure to test how it works with no VPN, Firewall or Adblocker. Also, it would be a good idea to try a different network connection.

Update, while it does not work on wifi, it works on mobile data. Why is this?
That would indicate that something on your WiFi network is blocking access to this podcast. It could be that you have a firewall setting on your router which is blocking access to this specific podcasts host.
Alternatively, it could be that the podcast host is blocking access to your IP Address when you use WiFi.
You can also reach out to your WiFi ISP to debug this matter further.
