Option for Chapter-Level Scrubber & Playback Controls

As podcasts continue to get longer and chapters become more widely used, I’d like to request a simple option to toggle between chapter-focused and episode-focused navigation.
This would make navigating longer, chapter-marked podcasts much more intuitive, similar to how audiobook apps handle chapters.
In short, I am requesting for a simple toggle in settings to switch between:
- Episode Mode (Current):
- Scrubber shows full episode progress
- Next/Previous buttons skip episodes
- Chapter Mode
- Scrubber shows chapter progress
- Next/Previous buttons jump between chapters
- Episode Mode (Current):
