Paid for lifetime Pocket cast in May 2017

  Hi, I have been a podcast plus lifetime user but my account is now turned to basic. I don’t know who to reach to get all the plus features as I am eligible. I paid for podcast plus a long time back and I feel like after changing to subscription model it was never carried on.

  Did you get an answer, @rfperfect785? I asked this question last year and was told that because I’d purchased the mobile app and not the web app, if I wanted to use it on the computer I’d have to get a subscription. So yeah, my “lifetime” account lasted about two years.

  It is correct that purchases for the mobile app would not qualify for the lifetime subscription, only those who purchased the web app
