Paid for Pocket Casts but do not have access to full features

  Hello, 

  I bought Pocket Casts some time ago (2016) but I don’t seem to have access to all the features. Any assistance would be appreciated.

  Thanks for reaching out!

  In 2019, we switched from having each app be its own purchase to offering the iOS and Android apps for free.

  Access to the web and desktop apps was then limited to those with a Pocket Casts Plus subscription. Since the web app used to be a one-time purchase made from our site and we were moving it to a subscription, we gave a lifetime subscription to those who had previously purchased the web app.

  Please note that purchases from Google Play or the Apple App Store would have been for our Mobile app, not our Web Apps. That said, if you bought one of our Mobile apps in the past, you still have all of the features your paid for in the free Pocket Casts subscription :)
