I re-subscribed to a patreon podcast feed and the RSS is working in other podcast apps but not Pocket casts. Tried refreshing the feed on my end and it’s not working. Could someone help me please? Here is the link: <redacted>

I’m having a similar issue. When I load the feed in pocket casts, it shows stale episodes and when I try and play the audio files, it say it cannot download it.

However when I put it in another podcast app, it works fine.

@mikerockwell mine stopped working too. Same thing, resubscribed to a Patreon after stopping for a bit.

I am having the same issue with my private feed patreon podcasts, re-subbed in the morning and still not updated but don’t see any “feed problems” to click and force update, the podcasts is called “naddpod patreon exclusive” in my account if someone could help.

How do I get help? I have the same problem. Resubscribed on Patreon but link no longer works. Can I email someone? No answer posted here.

@vheyh @geedee2 I have contacted their email support at (email visible only to moderators and staff).

I have not received a response yet but contrary to what it says on the website, you can contact this email still for private rss feeds, as the automated response said.

Rememvber to use your registered mail, say your account and the link of the private rss feed in that private email (not here).

Hopefully help comes for us soon!

i am having the same problem with a few podcasts I have added their are no new episodes appearing. It says he last one was march 2024
