Patreon private RSS feed not showing new episodes

I was a patreon member of a podcast with a private RSS feed until August 2021. I just recently re-subscribed to their patreon, and added the RSS feed to the Pocket Casts app on Android. But, the feed still shows the latest episode is from August 2021, and none of the episodes that were released in the meantime are appearing. It’s as if the feed is frozen in time, from when I ended my Patreon membership in August 2021.
I believe it’s a Pocketcasts issue, because I downloaded Podcast Addict and used the same link, and all episodes appeared immediately. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pocketcasts, but the feed still isn’t displaying new episodes. Is there anything else I can try to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I also am having the same issue where I renewed 2 patreon subscriptiona and still hasn’t updated since August on my app feed
