Patreon private RSS feed woes

I am attempting to add a private RSS feed from Patreon to the iOS app but I’m having issues. I went to pocketcasts.com/submit, pasted my RSS link from Patreon, selected “Private” and got my Pocket Casts link. However, when I open it in Pocket Casts it won’t allow me to subscribe to the feed and I keep getting a pop-up that says “Unable to load podcast details :(“. I was able to add the Patreon RSS link to Apple Podcasts so I know that link is good and my app is up to date. Anyone have advice?

Thanks for reporting back, @p4p4mpvyfm. Sometimes, after submitting a podcast through our submission form, it just takes a while for the system to catch up.
In any case, I’m glad your issue has been resolved. I’ll go ahead and close this thread now, but please feel free to open a new one in case you need help with anything else!
