Pixel Watch question

I’m looking to confirm something, I know there’s an app that works with the pixel watch and pocket casts but requires a subscription. Not a problem with that really as hey development and infrastructure requires support to work. My question I can’t seem to find is this, If I have the subscription and can use the app on my watch and I synching a downloaded podcast to my watch or am I “streaming” it from the internet through the watch? The reason I ask is I want to start jogging and if I can just jog with my watch to track my progress, play the podcast through bluetooth and leave my phone at home. Problem is though I didn’t get the watch with LTE built in. So is that something I can do or is it the watch streams the episode and I’d need to keep my phone on me to provide internet signal? Thanks for any help and clarification you can offer.

Hi, @iamthecutebear! In your case, what you can do is download episodes to your watch before your run. This way, you don’t need to rely on an internet signal.
