We recently had the following message sent to us by a user:
In my “Your Year In Podcasts” display that I see in the app, the most listened to podcast shown for me is one I’ve never heard of, listened to, or downloaded. How can that happen?
Can you please go to the app’s Profile > Listening History and check if the podcast in question is there? Your Playback 2023 stories are automatically generated from your Listening History.
If you could also share the podcast with us, we can check if the podcast creator might have changed the podcast’s artwork or even its name, which makes it appear like you’ve never heard of it.
