Playback repeating in middle of podcasts

    @staff-frank I have been starting a download and the playing it after about 3-4% is downloaded. The rewind issue has not occured for me since I started doing this. This is working for me.

    I am currently experiencing this issue as well. I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro, iOS Version 18.2 and Pocket Casts app version v7.75 (7.75.0.4). It has happened on multiple different episodes of multiple different podcasts. I attempted to email support about it but I’m not a Plus user so apparently they won’t help me there. It had all of the logging and device information attached to it if anyone that works for the company has access I’m happy to provide any additional information to help resolve this issue.

    @staff-fred I sent a couple reports with device log and info from a couple of different podcasts that I experienced the same issue on. If there’s anything else I can do to help get this identified and fixed let me know! Thanks!

  • @maegzzz If you’ve sent app logs along to us already that should be all we need to investigate and we can follow-up from there by email.

    I will note, we implement automatic responses to some messages sent to us through the app. If you received an automatic response when reaching out to us you’ll want to reply to that email message to get in touch with our team directly. That will ensure that it’s escalated to the team so we can forward the logs along to our developers for investigation.
