Player stops after casting to device

Unfixed bug in last 2 releases: After you cast to a device, playback stops and you must manually press Play again. Proper and previous behavior was that the content continued automatically as it transferred to the shared device. Please fix!

Could you provide some more information so we can investigate further?
- Make, model, and OS version of your mobile device.
- Pocket Casts app version.
- Make, model, and version number of the device you are casting to.
Have you tried casting to any other devices? Do you see the same behaviour?

I got a reply in the Google Play store that this issue is a known bug that is planned for inclusion in the next release, or possibly the subsequent one.

Yes, you’re right. This will be fixed in version 7.81, which should be available very soon. Let us know if you still have trouble after that update.
