Playlist item list and podcast tab load is sluggish with VoiceOver screen reader

[iOS] At least for screen reader users, the introduction of playlist image slow down the loading and the browsing of the playlist
Previously, filters load very seamlessly, even filter with hundreds of items loaded at no time when Double Tapping on the name..
Running the latest iOS 26.1 with VoiceOver, with the 8.0.1 latest version of pocket cast, any playlist takes a lot of time to load the episode list, if it contains many episodes it takes forever.
my iPhone 14 Pro 256 gb get very hot and the battery drains very fast during that time alone.
When I try searching for an episode on the playlist, every key press takes about 15 seconds to register, the only way to circumvent this is to use the dictation, even so it takes about 10 seconds for the whole dictation to happen.
after clearing the search field, it takes about 5 to 10 seconds for the screen to be populated with the original list. This do not happen at least on the episode search area on each Podcast.
on the other hand, the Podcast tab also loads very slowly and the phone gets very hot during the extremely sluggish load.
