  It would be great to have a setting to automatically download all episodes added to a manual playlist. I can imagine I will be creating manual playlists for long flights and might forget to download the episodes (and doing so on flights even with wifi is often painfully slow). Thus, I would prefer to automatically download anything added to a playlist (although I can imagine some users would prefer this to be a setting that can be turned off).
