Plus subscription price increase for current subscribers

I recently was informed about the price increase ($39.99/yr) by the Play store and chose not to continue my subscription at the increased price. I see that there seems to be some confusion around the price increase for current subscribers but I’m unclear if I am able to continue at the $14.99/yr price or not. I’m also not able to find where I could send support an email about this which is why I’m making this post.
Any help is appreciated.

I have the same issue. I expire today. I sent support email yesterday but have yet to hear back.

It seems we didn’t receive any emails from the address you used to create your forum account. Could it be possible that you sent it from a different email address?
