I sent an email on 10/20/23 via the method outlined in this April 2023 post through the Android app, but have not received a follow-up from what I can tell. My subscription through Google Play is set to expire on 11/14/23. I have received contradictory information from Google Play regarding the renewal price of my subscription. 10/15/23 I got an email saying my subscription would renew at $9.99/year, then on 10/16/23 I got another saying I needed to confirm the price change to $39.99/year. The change to $39.99/yr is what appears in the Google Play app as well.
