Pocket Casts Crashing Today

  Good morning.

  The app keeps crashing for me today. It was fine and then closes as soon as I open it.

  Rebooting the phone didn’t resolve the problem.

  The Play Store says the app hasn’t updated since 28-Dec-2023 and there’s been no updates to the phone since then. I’ve used it loads without problems in past few days.

  Any advice appreciated.

  version of Pocket Casts from 28-Dec-2023 but can’t work out how to find version number

  PS web app plays okay on same device although it’s fiddly to use

  PPS Pocket Casts version is 7.54-rc-4

  We have not gotten any other reports of such an issue. Can you please confirm if the issue persists with the latest version of our app?

  Having same issue. App opens to a black screen and crashes instantly. No longer usable. Tried clearing cache, force quitting, uninstalling and reinstalling.

  App version: 7.54
