Pocket casts plus for people who purchased app

Hello Pocket Casts team,
I bought the Android Pocket Casts app in 2016. Now I have read that for those who have bought it, a Plus subscription for Android will be unlocked. Could you unlock this for me? Thank you very much

In 2019 we switched from having each app be its own purchase to offering the iOS and Android apps for free. Access to the web and desktop apps was then limited to those with a Pocket Casts Plus subscription.
Since the web app used to be a one-time purchase made from our site and we were moving it to a subscription, we gave a lifetime subscription to those who had previously purchased the web app.
Please note that purchases from Google Play or the Apple App Store would have been for our Mobile app, not our Web Apps, which would not qualify for the lifetime Plus subscription. However, all of the features that were available in the mobile apps when they were a one-time purchase remain available in the mobile apps with a free account.

Hi Mike, i purchased pocketcast a few years back for my Android. Can you please get my account upgraded to plus? I dont need the Webb app. Only the mobile version please. I am getting sick of those advertisements.

Wasn’t it called a lifetime subscription back when I paid for the original Android app or was it called something else?

Just to make sure. I bought the app in april 2014. So if i read your your answer right Mike. I dont get the plus. But i will get the options of the app i bought in 2014. So you are going to eliminate the advertising during the podcasts. I dont need anything else of the plus account. Just the functions i have had the last couple of years. Which means, play, pause and volume + and -. See my latest podcasts en archive everything i have listened to. Thats it. Thank you.
