Pocketcast won’t play

I have tried every fix I can find in your help pages without luck.
Summary:
- I press play on any episode from any podcast and nothing happens. The episode opens but does not play
- sometimes after 2 to 5 minutes it starts to play.
- my internet is working fine
- I have tried with both wifi and mobile data
- I have run the status page – no problems with diagnosis
- I have tried stop all downloads and clear all download errors
- I have tried clear download cache
- I have uninstaller and reinstalled
- I have restarted my phone

If you haven’t already, I would recommend disabling any VPN, custom DNS, or network-level ad blockers that you might be using. Those can sometimes prevent podcast episodes from downloading or streaming.
If you’re not using anything like that on your device, though, could you reach out to us through the app? That will include app logs, which can be helpful when investigating issues like this.
