Pocketcast won’t play

    Hi since yesterday (1st of July) I’m getting notified of a sign in error and to click to sign in again. My email is not recognised, but I’m able to listen to previously downloaded podcasts and to download older episodes. If I try to refresh a podcast the app crashes. There was a big Samsung/Android overnight but was having this issue prior to that

    I changed my DNS and now everything works. Unsure why the pocket cast app decided it didn’t like my old DNS anymore.

    Same thing here, all the episodes has an huge delay when hit “play”, and result in multiple instances being played (the sound are overlapped with each other). Has been using the app for years and this only starts to happen recently (about last one week).

    @accuratenewssource (in case you still need help) and @gongchuolu Which of our apps are you using? Are you on iOS or Android? In addition, which app version are you using?

    There are likely different things affecting different users here, so it may be worth creating a new thread for each of your issues. This way, we can troubleshoot your issues more effectively.
