PocketCasts Plus Lifetime Subscription Error

Hello,
I have the lifetime subscription to pocketcasts plus, because I purchased the web app before 2019. About a month ago, I decided to upgrade my account to the Patron tier, because I wanted to pay some extra money for this app to show my appreciation. My plan was just to be on the Patron tier for a month. I noticed when my Patron tier expired, my account reverted to a free account, rather than to the lifetime plus account. I was wondering, is it possible to reinstate my lifetime plus account? The email address associated with my account is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
