Pocketcasts+ Subscription not applying to account

Hello.
I paid for a yearly Pocketcasts+ subscription on 3/7/23. My subscription suddenly reverted to a free account on 3/10/23. I e-mailed support on 3/10/23 and was told e-mail support was only available for Pocketcasts+ subscribers. I e-mailed back that I was a Pocketcasts+ subscriber and referenced back to the receipt ID and attached receipt through Paddle.com. I have not received any response in over 48 hours and am concerned that my response is not being seen as my account is still flagged as a free account. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. -

As a quick background though, there was an issue affecting accounts that were on a trial period of Pocket Casts Plus. When the trial period ended, their statuses weren’t automatically updated. We have already deployed a fix for this, however.
