Podcast feeds not updating. Last update 65 days ago.
-
About two weeks ago I started noticing my feeds weren’t updating.
Under profile at the bottom it said the last update had failed, so I tried updating again and now it just said “last update: 14 days ago”.
I tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to a podcast but after I had unsubscribed i found out the search function under Discover isn’t working. Sometimes results are visible for like 0.2 seconds before it reverts back to “search failed check your internet connection”(My internet connection is fine).
After this I tried reinstalling the app and now even more episodes are missing and now it says “last update 65 days ago” under profile.
The export OPML also isn’t working. Trying to export to either my device or email result in nothing.
I also checked my old phone and installed the app on my tablet. Same issues on the old phone and while the feeds are up to date on the tablet, neither search or export OPML-file works. All android devices.
Current Phone: Motorola moto g84
Old Phone: Motorola moto g(8) power
Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e
All are on Version 7.84.2 (9325)
Please help.

Hi there, @ramsvart
As a starting point, can you also please check on the following?
- Do you perhaps have a firewall, VPN, or ad-blocker active on your device that could interrupt your network connection?
- Please also check your primary WiFi connection. In particular, please see if it has any sort of ad-blocking or filtering installed on it. One example would be this: https://pi-hole.net/
If you do, please try disabling that and retrying. It sounds like that could be blocking the connection to our servers.

Hi.
The only thing I can think of is an adblock addon for firefox, uBlock Origin.
I got the update failed message again and noticed there was an error message with it.
Hope this helps.

Well don’t I feel foolish now. I restarted my router and now it works just fine.
Thanks for the help.
