Podcasts keep skipping back to the beginning

I’m using PocketCasts Plus on Windows 11. For about a week now — maybe more — every time I pause a podcast to do something in another tab in my browser (chrome), when I go back to the podcast it reverts back to the beginning of the podcast, rather than staying at the place where I had left off.
I’d appreciate a lot if this could be fixed.

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue on my end using Chrome. To help narrow this down, can you try the following steps?
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
- Ensure that Chrome is updated to the latest version.
- Disable any browser extensions temporarily to see if one of them might be interfering.
If the issue persists, let us know any additional details, like whether the problem happens across different browsers or only with certain podcasts.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I’m using Pocketcasts on a Windows 11 PC in chrome
Windows 11 Home
Version 24H2
OS build 26100.3037 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.48.0I updated chrome to the lastest version (Version 132.0.6834.160)
I cleared my browser of the cache and all cookies
I disabled all my chrome extensions
The problem persists, and it seems to have nothing to with which podcast I’m listening to.
I’d greatly appreciate if the problem could be fixed.
