Premium vs. plus membership

    Is a “plus membership” the same as a “premium membership”? I am a plus member and try to reach the support by e-mail. I keep getting replys saying “We provide priority email support for our premium users, but …”

    Hello, after 10 attempts to contact the support via email and always getting the reply “only premium members” and I am a plus member, you told me that the error was on your side and I should have not gotten those e-mail and you should have helped me right away.

    Then, we were in contact that you finally care about my problem. I send you the log files last week but I did not hear anything from you. And again you dont respond to my e-mails.

    For any new issues, we also encourage you to contact us via the app to ensure you receive a reply more promptly as a Plus user:

    • In the mobile apps: Profile > Settings > Help & Feedback > Get in touch
    • In the web and desktop apps: Profile > Settings > Help > Send Feedback with “Include debug logs” enabled

    This will also give us app logs in case we need them for troubleshooting any issues you might be experiencing.
