Price Increase

I cancelled my premium because of the price increase, but now I see that I should have been grandfathered in to the old price. Is there info on how to keep my premium at the old price? I sent 2 emails to support but no response.

For others who come across this thread with a similar issue, please make sure you’re signed in to your Pocket Casts Plus account in the mobile app and contact us from Profile > Settings > Help & feedback > Get in touch > Get Support. Doing so will make sure your email get prioritized. Thank you!
