Price increase on Google play

So what is the actual price for plus on Google play store according to a post I see it’s suppose to go to 14.99 and google play says 9.99 and next year goes to 39.99 been a plus for a year or so.

Sorry for the confusion caused by the different pricing displayed on Google Play Store.
If you are an active subscriber (with the auto-renew option enabled), the yearly subscription price will be USD 14.99 (excluding tax) when your subscription is due for renewal. The yearly subscription price of USD 39.99 (excluding tax) only applies to new subscribers to Pocket Casts Plus.
