I am a pro user and my pricing on renewal has quadrupled and I dont seem to be getting any responses to the email sent to support.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We have replied to your email. It looks like you were also affected by an issue where Google Play automatically shows you the new subscription price even though you were an active subscriber.
