Private RSS Error

  Hi tthere, I’ve followed the instructions in the help article to add a private RSS feed, and I see the feed when I search in the app, but when I try to click into it I get “there was an error loading the podcast”. I’m able to load the exact same RSS feed in Google Podcasts.

  Wondering if anyone would be able to help! Thanks!

  Sometimes it can take a little bit of time for our backend feed system to check the feed so that episodes can be displayed in the app. But I’m glad to hear it’s working for you now!

  Hi there 👋

  I’m getting the same issue as the OP but it’s been days and there has been no refresh (nor is there any way for me to give it a kick in the podcast’s settings).

  Is it possible to force my feed to refresh? I can see that there are new episodes.
