Private RSS Feed Artwork/Details

I am subscribed to a private RSS Feed, the NoSleep Podcast. They recently switched to Supercast hosting, and now my feed will not show episode artwork or Details. I have reached out to Supercast, with no resolution so far. I suspect this may have to do with the new hosting service. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have also tried using Podcast Republic, which loads the episode details but is hit or miss on the episode art. Thanks!
