Private RSS feed not working

  I’ve tried the last two days to subscribe to a private RSS that I subscribe to via Patreon – the feed is showing up and I click subscribe but it doesn’t get added to my subscriptions and I go back to try again and the green tick is no longer there so I’ve been unsubbed/never subscribed in the first place for some reason. Really frustrating, please help me out :)
