Private RSS feed will not appear

Hello,
After inserting the link to my private RSS feed for a podcast I subscribe to, the app still do not recognize me as a paying subscribers. I can still only see the free content. This has been an issue for me for several months but I just returned to the app to try again after migrating to another app for some time (due to this issue). On this other app the link works, so there must be some trouble on your end. I have read around on this forum and realized that others are facing the same issue. Can you help me with this, please?
