Problem with playback and queue updating across multiple devices

Hi,
For a couple of months I have this tedious problem: the playback don’t update itself and when I switch devices — Ipad, android phone and web player — the time position of the streaming never matches, neither the episode list in the “up next”.
I have to press the button “update now” under my profile to make it happen, and it still takes several minutes to happen.
And sometimes this kind of manual update causes episode loss in my queue.
There is a way to resolve this issue?

Hi, @gabrieleciufo! Since you have access to the web app, you must have Pocket Casts Plus. If so, can you please reach out to us from either the iPad or your Android phone (or both)? This way, we can get app logs to help us troubleshoot further. In the new message(s), please add a link to this forum thread.
Sync issues like these also normally originate from the mobile apps because the web app immediately returns the information that is available on our servers. So, it’s important to check the logs from the mobile apps first.
