Reinstate Plus subscription that lapsed because of price hike

Heya. I let my Plus subscription lapse in January when Google Play told me it would be jumping to $40. I’ve read that existing subscribers actually were eligible for a lesser price hike if they kept their subscription, and I would like to reinstate at that price. Support robot told me to post on the forum, which seems weird, but alright. Thanks!
